Project System, CRM & Other Internal System: All of our used systems run on our own servers running Amazon Web Services (in Ireland, Frankfurt and London) are hosted (including backups). We only use systems from our SiouxApp Business Suite.

Mail & Groupware: In addition to the mail solution from the SiouxApp Business Suite, we also occasionally use the GSuite.

Transmission: We point out that the transmission of data on the Internet (eg in the case of communication by e-mail) may have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.


TOMs: MPH implements technical and organizational security measures to ensure that the data collected remain confidential and protected against accidental or unlawful access, alteration or disclosure, loss or destruction; and access to the data is granted only to the "need-to-know" principle to those persons who, due to their role and task, need access to the personal data.
